Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build relationships with existing customers who are doing business with Goodin Company
Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale whether it’s phone, email or walk-in city desk orders.
Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed accurately in a timely manner.
Verify order delivery method for accuracy.
Coordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives and support the Sales Team in acquiring new business.
Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs.
Minimum Requirements
Plumbing and/or heating knowledge a plus
Great communication, problem solving, and communication skills.
Business math skills with understanding of profit margins
Willingness to learn new product knowledge.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position preferred.

Compensation ranges from $19-$27/hr. based upon experience and tenure in the Plumbing, HVAC, Pump & Well, and Industrial PVF industries.

May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Regular use of arms, hands and fingers to feel, grasp, type and reach.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period time.
Close vision requirements due to computer work.
Work Environment
Office atmosphere. Light to moderate noise (white noise, phones, printers, etc.)
