The Internal Communications Manager will lead the internal comms function to develop and execute various forms of communications that inform, influence and inspire Reece USA Team Members. The position reports to the Director, Communications and will manage the Senior Communications Specialist and Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and disseminate comms that supports the company’s goals and integrates Reece USA’s key objectives into everyday business; support company leaders in their efforts to do the same.
  • Partner with Support Center Team Members to cascade messaging that ranges from every-day tasks and actions to full change management initiatives.
  • Understand the communications needs of the network and develop copy they can quickly understand and action.
  • Serve as the internal brand steward to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging and branding that represents Reece USA and Reece Group when appropriate.
  • Oversee development of content from internal and external partners and employ a continuous improvement mindset toward content development: always strive to make it better every day.
  • Develop an optimized channel strategy that effectively reaches each of our Team Members.
  • Adhere to all deadlines for email communications, video needs, company-wide meetings and webinars, and more.
  • Ensure all content posted to Reece USA digital portals is timely and accurate.
  • Track KPIs and report regularly.

Key Competencies and Skills Required

  • 7+ years of progressively senior internal communications experience; support of C-level comms preferred.
  • A record of developing strong partnerships with senior managers and coworkers to drive results.
  • Excellent writer and communicator, with experience in various methodologies including print, video and digital.
  • Proven flexibility to manage changes and feedback quickly and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including Teams, SharePoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills – able to manage multiple projects at once.

Minimum Qualifications

  •  Degree in PR, Communications or Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Master’s Degree in PR, Communications or Marketing.
