THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

As an Marketing Coordinator and IMPACT Training Program member, you will be inducted into an 18-month program to be cross-trained in core business functions related to REECE’s Branch Management, Outside Sales, and Operations roles! Branch level accounting, inventory management, and Human Resources are just a few of many functions that you will learn. Your exposure throughout the program will provide the development and experience needed to become a permanent team member specializing in your area of choice!

  • Leverage your education and experience to support and execute our strategic, end-to-end marketing strategy and value proposition for the division that aligns to the Reece brand and encompasses all channels (physical and digital)
  • Contribute to the delivery of the 2030 Vision and Strategic Priorities working in conjunction with the Chief Marketing Officer, Division Marketing Directors, peers, and direct reports building your knowledge of our business and go to market strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Regional RVPs and Branch Managers) to support new digital channels, showroom/branch experiences and deliver the rollout of communications.
  • Create, guide, and execute digital asset and engagement content development to enhance and differentiate the consumer experience across all touchpoints
     

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience in marketing related role
  • Knowledge of various marketing channels
  • Passion for digital platforms and media, social media, SEM, & email marketing
  • Drive to deliver outstanding results with accountability to achieve goals
  • Inspirational communication style
  • Passion for our customers and their needs

WHAT YOU CAN LEARN IN THIS ROLE

  • Strategic thinking around business go to market strategy in growing business & industries
  • Reporting analytics and metrics
  • Data mining and customer insights
  • Use of digital within specific marketing campaigns
  • Exposure to the waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, and Bath & Kitchen industry
