​As a Data Analyst – Product, you will apply your analytical skillset, product knowledge and business know-how to drive change. to join our growing product file team. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our business, customers and products and create the blueprint for leveraging data to help improve our product data and grow the business.
 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform analysis on large datasets to Identify gaps or data quality issues  

  • Lead the effort to efficiently obtain, transpose and upload product data, working closely with key stakeholders across Merchandising and Marketing 

  • Be the business lead to automate where possible – working with IT on initiatives including AI / RPA or establishing APIs to vendor datasets 

  • Develop data-driven business insights and work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, develop KPIs and drive product data strategy 

  • Champion and manage projects around future data needs and capabilities  

 

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED 

  • Proficient computer skills, including use of MS Office 

  • Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry 

  • Ability to write SQL and perform analysis in Excel 

  • Experience in an environment focused on Data Integrity 

  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills 

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to work with multiple stakeholders  

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-7 years of experience working in a data analysis type role 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
