This role will be empowered to help Reece USA build an engaging candidate process aligning great people to great jobs.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Engaging with candidates and stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience utilizing and sourcing candidates via social media
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting activities
  • Minimum of 1 year working with Excel to run reports and format data
  • Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas
