Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 5+ Meter Specialists/Outside Sales Representatives across a region (East or West)
- Oversee field operations including but not limited to inventory management and customer support
- Provide coaching and direction to a team of sales professionals across a region
- Lead customer presentations
- Travel as required to support field operations
Key COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills
- Project management skills
- Understanding and familiarity of Metering and Waterworks products/services
- Leadership skills, or experience managing others
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum 1 year in similar position
- Minimum 3 years in Metering and Waterworks experience
- Ability to travel as required
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years in Metering and Waterworks experience
- Supervisory experience
