Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash management, banking relationship, cash forecasting, working capital, and other treasury operation areas to provide a more flexible and agile to response to the Reece USA business needs.
  • Prepare and analyzed daily cash forecast; provide weekly updates to leadership team on material variances
  • Manage bank account management functions (i.e. Know Your Customer, Bank account opening/revision/closing, bank annual compliance requirements).
  • Perform daily banking tasks (Wire Transfers, User Access, Stop Payments, Research, etc.)
  • Manage credit card merchant functions and relationships.
  • Manage P-card program.
  • Manage US debt reporting and compliance for Reece Group.
  • Work closely with cross function teams (Credit & Collections, A/P, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal) to identify and deliver opportunities/solutions to improve customers and team members experience

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required
  • 5-7 years of Treasury operations experience with a multi-location global organization
  • Resilience to work in fast changing environment; a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and executives.
  • Comfortable with a broad array of treasury and finance topics and will be able to apply experiences and past situations to address the treasury needs.
  • MS Excel (Expert/Advanced Level)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
  • Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
  • Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
  • Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.
