Outside Sales Representative/Territory Manager
Responsibilities
- Sell company products to outside customers that meet the customers’ needs.
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by providing superior service and positive experience.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and could meet or exceed sales quotas at an acceptable profit-margin.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Generate price quotes after meeting with customers which meets their expectations and quality standards.
- Host customers and potential customers for entertainment events.
- Sales territory will include Northeast Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula of Michigan (Green Bay, Appleton, Wausau, Rhinelander, Wisconsin Rapids, and the entire UP)
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective sales and negotiation skills.
- Maintain professional image as a representative of the company.
- Ability to travel on a regular basis to territory of Northeast Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula of Michigan
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
