This position provides general office support based on the guidance from the Director of Operations. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures. Assigns and monitors clerical functions of the administrative team members of the home office. This position will work closely with the Executive Team to improve inter-office communications and the general day-to-day operations of the home office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Submittals as required by Commercial Business Manager
  • Daily/Monthly/Quarterly reports as requested by Director of Operations
  • Assist Marketing Department as needed
  • Manage and order all office and refreshment supplies for the branch and office staff in Golden Ring
  • Coordinate with the Manager of Fleet and Facilities for all building issues and needs (Ex. Roof Leaks, HVAC Issues, plumbing issues, etc.)
  • Manage Custodian and Receptionist
  • Coordinate with employees as needed for any furniture or technology troubleshooting needs that require additional support
  • Order Water Test Kit Supplies and make sure they are distributed to the branches accordingly
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities; keep Management informed regularly of any inter-office inquiries or discrepancies as it relates to the home office

  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned; position will have added duties and responsibilities as needs evolve with company growth


  • Dependable and punctual
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong customer service and/or problem solving skills; With a focus on time management and people skills
  • Must be results oriented and willing to be accountable for results
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Able to work collectively with other team members
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an office setting; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint, etc). Preferably within a Management role.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all team members at various levels within the company, using discretion and confidentiality
