KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct agile ceremonies (sprints, grooming and retrospectives)

• Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework

• Plan deliverables and monitor the team's performance

• Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work

• Track the progress of projects and raise any impediments that would affect the progress of the project work

• Create & manage various project reports based on effort, schedule from the tool and present to management using Jira

• Report and present the dashboard reports to stakeholders

• Identify Risks, and communicate decisions to all stakeholders as necessary and be the point of escalation for conflicts that have the potential to be severely detrimental to team/customer/company

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

• Scrum Master role with 5 years of recent experience in the scrum master role

• Excellent understanding of Agile Principles

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum Techniques and artifacts (DOD, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution

• Application development projects in the cloud

• Hands-on in defining the process for both Kanban and Scrum in JIRA

• Domain knowledge with Ecommerce/Online Sales

• Experience with Service Now Demand Management
